Note: UCInetID login is required for all except "Reset your forgotten UCInetID password."

Before proceeding, remember the password guidelines:

  • Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length
  • It must contain at least one CAPITAL letter
  • It must contain at least one NUMBER or SPECIAL CHARACTER somewhere in the MIDDLE, and it cannot be at the beginning or end of the password
  • It cannot be a previously used password
  • Please do not use any part of your first name, last name or UCInetID in your password

UCInetID

If you mistype any information on the password reset page, you will see an error message in RED near the top of the page telling you what needs to be fixed. The most common reason why users have trouble resetting their passwords is because they mistype information or the password they're entering does not meet the minimum requirements.

Note: To change your password, you must know the answer to your security question. If you've forgotten the answer and are current faculty, staff & student, please come to Aldrich Hall, Room 115 with a picture ID so we can reset your password in-person. This is for your security. If you're unable to come to campus, please open a ticket and a manager will be in touch to discuss an alternative option.
