OIT Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Office of Information Technology is embarking on year two of a periodic process seeking your guidance regarding the quality of IT support and the IT tools and services OIT provides.  We made many changes suggested by your responses to the last survey.

On Tuesday October 3, you will receive an email inviting you to take the 2017 OIT Customer Satisfaction Survey. It will have instructions and the link to get you to the survey.

Your confidential survey responses will contribute to OIT's efforts to improve our services, business processes, and customer support.  As a token of our appreciation for your time, every respondent will have a chance to win an Amazon gift card.
