  • UPDATE 1630. Webmail Service Degradation

    UPDATE 1630. The admins have isolated the issue and service will be fully restored in the next 30 minutes. We are investigating reports of a Webmail service degradation affecting some ES mail users. Some users are reporting that they have not received new email in several hours. No ETA at this time.

  • TRS (Timesheet Reporting System) service degradation

  • WebEDB/WebPAN service degradation

    We are experiencing various issues with multiple users on the UCI Instance of the UCOP-supported WebEDB/WebPAN application. This stems from processing issues that UCOP had on their PPS Batch Processing from 8/31/2017. We are escalating the problem with UCOP, and they are investigating.

  • Melvyl Online Catalog Inaccessible from UCI VPN

    The Library IT team are investigating reports of users having trouble accessing the Melvyl catalog while in the UCIFull VPN.   • Google Drive Service Degradation

    There is a Google Drive Service Degradation that is affecting users across the country. Unfortunately OIT is unable resolve the issue ourselves, but we are following the updates provided online by Google. There is no ETA at this time.

  • UPDATE 1730. Campus VPN service degradation

    UPDATE 1730. Our admins are on-site investigating the issue. No ETA at this time. We are investigating reports of a Campus VPN degradation. Departmental VPNs (such as vpn.oit.uci.edu) appear to be unaffected. Thank you for your patience.
