  • DUE File Share Service Degradation

    Starting at 11AM, some users reported an issue accessing DUE file shares. Our admins are investigating.

  • Edoc services disrupted. (rapid return, scanned documents affected)

    Currently there is an issue preventing users from viewing required scanned documents in KFS. They are getting an invalid token error when they try.   • Update 1615 – OIT Webmail service degradation

    Some OIT Webmail users may be receiving a message stating “Webmail storage server is down” when attempting to login. These users are able to check their email via mobile or desktop clients. Technicians are aware and currently working on this issue.  Thank you for your patience.

  • Outlook on the Web (OWA) Service Degradation

    Outlook on the Web (OWA) is experiencing an outage or degradation of service. The service technicians have been notified and are investigating. No ETA at this time.

    Service has been restored. Appears to have been an upstream issue on Microsoft's end (and apparently was affecting users globally).

    UCInet (Ethernet & Wi-fi) is experiencing an outage or degradation. The service technicians have been notified and are investigating.

    The IT Security Team had scheduled network service this morning between 6-7am but seemed to have run a bit behind schedule. Service has been restored.
