Canvas Transition Guide

This guide is for experienced EEE users who are completely new to Canvas. It will cover specific functions that are familiar to you from your time using EEE and explain how to do their equivalent in Canvas.

We know that not all features are important to all instructors, so we designed the parts of this guide to be independent of each other. However, you’ll definitely want to review the first section, the aptly titled “Start Here,” to get a grounding in the chief differences between the two systems.

EEE Legacy and Canvas are very different, which complicates the transition process for many instructors. This brief introductory guide will look at the chief differences between EEE Legacy and Canvas so that you have a better sense of what to expect.
