Planned Telephone System Outages in August & September
OIT is planning to perform maintenance on the campus telephone system from 6-10pm on 8/11, 8/17, 8/24, 9/8, and 9/14. During each of these maintenance periods, some campus telephone services will be intermittently unavailable.
ES Mail is Retiring
OIT will be migrating all active ES Mail (aka Webmail) accounts to either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in an effort to increase email security.

2022 Annual Data Inventory
The Office of Information Technology, in partnership with UCI’s Public Records Office, begins its Annual Data Inventory on February 4, 2022, requiring all UCI campus employees to take steps towards ensuring UC Irvine data housed on their computers is secure.
