Under close supervision, the Technical Support provides audio/visual and computer support for various technology-enabled classrooms (Smart Classrooms, lecture halls, computer labs, active learning classrooms, conference rooms etc). Duties include performing first-level help desk and first and second level in-field support of classroom instructors/students, including technical and instructional assistance.  They will also include performing routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting and first and second level diagnostics for classroom systems, and other clerical or technical support assigned by supervisors.

Hiring Salary Range
