As a member of a highly collaborative team supporting a dynamic and diverse instructional community, provide responsive, professional, and high-quality front-line end-user support for faculty, staff, and student users of enterprise learning management systems and integrated campus and third-party services. Manage escalation and follow-up through to resolution with third party vendors for supported services. Contribute to campus custom development by using support interactions to identify emerging needs, trends, and opportunities to better serve campus faculty, staff, and students.
