Under general direction of the Director, Client Services, the Manager, Communications and Training, is responsible for implementing a strategic communication and outreach plan for the Office of Information Technology. The position works closely with other OIT Directors, School IT Directors, faculty, staff, and students regarding OIT activities. The incumbent is also responsible for creating and managing campus wide outreach campaigns to engage and educate various entities regarding new services and changes. The position supervises four staff.
