Under general supervision of the Manager – Wellness, Health, & Counseling Desktop Services, the Desktop Support Analyst will function as part of a team maintaining moderately complex to complex systems and applications for the Wellness Health & Counseling Services cluster with a focus on providing day to day operations support within a HIPAA compliant environment. The incumbent will be responsible for support of hardware and software which are critical for sustaining and improving patient care. The incumbent supports all clinical care providers and staff by identifying and resolving technical problems as they arise and escalating issues as necessary. This individual will also serve as a backup to all other departments in the Student Affairs cluster.

The WHCS & Student Affairs Desktop Support team is comprised of 5 Desktop Support Staff, supporting multiple student-centric departments spread across campus. Our environment consists of over 500 endpoints including PCs, Macs, and Chromebooks.

Hiring Salary Range

Compensation Target: $23.71 hourly (Step 1)
