Campus voicemail system upgrade (Install Onebox software updates 3-5 & patches for software version 8.7)

Purpose: Scheduled maintenance

Services Affected:

On 3/7/19, from 7:30pm - 11:30pm, the campus voicemail system software will be updated on 5 servers. The system server will be updated first and then each call server after.

During the update of the system server, callers will be able to leave messages, but users will only be able to check new messages. After the system server update is complete, users will be able to check all messages (old and new).

During each of the call server updates, callers will be able to leave messages, and users will be able to check all messages, except for Cisco extensions. When the Cisco call server is being updated, callers will not be able to leave messages, and users will not be able to check messages.

When all updates are complete, all phone extension message waiting lights will be refreshed, and all user voice mailboxes will function as normal. No changes will be made to any voice mailbox.
