Important UCI Replay Upgrade and new UCI YuJa Pilot

On Tuesday, March 28 from 9:15am to 11:15am, we will be upgrading Techsmith Relay from version 5.1.1 to 5.1.2 on the UCI Replay server. With Apple discontinuing all Quicktime development and support, Techsmith needed to redesign the Mac Client Recorder. As a result of this update, all UCI Replay Mac Client Recorders will need to be updated AFTER the server update is complete on March 28.

UCI Replay PC Client Recorders will continue to work before and after the update, although clients are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the latest recorder once the upgrade is complete.

UCI Replay Mac Client Recorders will continue to work before the update. After the upgrade, ALL Mac Client Recorders must be updated before recording any presentations. The new version of Techsmith Relay will be supported only on Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) and above.

MAC USERS: All old recorders have been disabled and will no longer connect to the server. You must upgrade your recorder before using Techsmith Relay to record your presentation.
