KFS Decision Support Downtime

Purpose: Upgrading Cognos

Services Affected:

We will be upgrading Cognos, the reporting tool used for KFS Decision Support, to the latest version from IBM. This upgrade will take place this Friday, November 20, starting at 3:00 PM. As a result, KFS Decision Support reports will not be available on Friday from 3:00 PM to approximately 5:00 PM. We will send out another announcement once Decision Support is available, at which time the latest version will be running. The KFS application itself will not be affected by this change.

Work is now completed and Cognos 10.2.2 is installed and running with single sign-on. We have tested tonight, but will continue with load testing & automated testing by the QA team over the weekend.
