MICCE server upgrade and MICCE agent software v9.3 upgrade

Purpose: Scheduled maintenance

Services Affected:

On Saturday, February 16th at 3PM, we will migrate the MICCE software over to a new Microsoft 2016 server, as the old Microsoft 2008 server is at EOL (End of Life). At the same time, we will take the opportunity to upgrade MICCE software to the latest revision 9.3.

All agents' software will be updated; however, there will be no change in the functionality. Please make sure all agents are logged out and that the agent is closed before the end of business Friday, Feb 15.

If you have the ACD Agent Icon on your desktop or pinned to your taskbar and it does not work after the upgrade, you will need to go to the Start Menu>Mitel>Agent to launch the agent software.
