New Service Desk Software

Service Now screenStarting November 24, OIT will begin using a new tool for managing service requests.

Built upon ServiceNow, this software will streamline the process of recording, assigning, and responding to service requests, and will give you new tools and controls for following or updating the status of your requests.

There are no changes required from you at this time, and the only immediate changes you may notice are more informative email messages as your request is resolved.
