Database Management

Secure database management, hosting, patching, and monitoring has been converted from an OIT-internal business to a commodity service offering.

Secure Storage

OIT's recent deployment of FileNet makes it possible to offer secure file storage and case management to the campus on a cost-recovery basis.

An opportunity is available to facilitate participation by units wishing to use the ticketing system or other features of ServiceNow hosted by OIT.

Canvas Support

OIT is prepared to expand Canvas usage to include self-supporting professional and graduate programs under a new service description (

Windows Support

OIT is expanding the Windows "Platform as a Service" offerings to individuals and departments outside of OIT.  Where this service was historically offered only to OIT groups, the new paid service is offered to the broader campus community and include Window server patch management, server performance and monitoring.
