  • Student Services Buildings’ I & II Power Will be Shut Off on Tuesday 1/16/2018 from 9 AM – 12 PM for Repairs

  • UCLC Service Degradation

    We are investigating reports of a UCLC service degradation. Students & Affiliates (aka Guests) who filled out the Access Request Form this week and waited the 36 hours to login are reporting they are unable to do so. Our admins are working with the vendor on a resolution. No ETA at this time.

    UPDATE 1700. Service has been restored. We are investigating reports of an ES Mail (aka Webmail) service degradation. Some users are reporting being logged out of their email clients and being unable to logon in the web browser. Thank you for your continued patience as we look into the issue.

    We have received multiple calls from users that are reporting that they are unable to view/upload documents in KFS. We have notified the team responsible for this service and they will be investigating. No ETA at this time.
