    We are investigating reports of a Cognos service degradation. Users are reporting that an error is returned stating that “the dispatcher cannot service the request at this time” when attempting to access the Cognos service. Our administrators are aware, but there is no ETA at this time.

    UPDATE 1350. All daily Payroll Reports have now been ingested in Filenet as of 1:00pm. The problem was caused by a large Annual Report (PPP480), which caused some space issues, and had to be processed separately.     UPDATE 815. The Middleware Team are investigating the issue, now that the Network Engineers have restored service to the Servernet routers. We are investigating reports of a Zotportal Service Degradation. Users are reporting seeing the ‘application is temporarily unavailable’ when visiting the site.
