  • Office 365 Service Degradation

    We are investigating reports of an Office 365 Service Degradation. Some users are reporting that attachments they’ve sent to non-Office 365 users (such as PDFs) are appearing to the recipients as winmail.dat files. No ETA at this time.

    Resolution:

    An upstream setting was incorrectly changed by Microsoft. The change was reversed and service was restored.

  • UCLC Sexual Harassment Training Module – Service Degradation

    We are investigating reports that there is a problem with the Sexual Harassment course on the UC Learning Center. Users are receiving an error message, “Sorry but we are unable to record your progress. Please try again later”, and are unable to complete the course.

  • UPDATE 1200. Cognos/KFS Decision Support Service Degradation

    UPDATE 1200. We hope to restore service by 12pm. Multiple users are unable to access Cognos/KFS Decision Support. Our admins are aware and are looking into this issue. Service is expected to be fully restored by 11:00 AM.

  • Palo Verde 3300 and 3200 ResNet Service Degradation

    There is an ongoing networking issue in Palo Verde that is affecting all of building 3300 and approximately half of building 3200. Residents will be unable to connect to the Internet as a result of this issue. Service is expected to be restored to the above buildings tomorrow morning.

  • UCInet mobile Access degradation in 2nd Floor Student Center

    Power over ethernet switch, failed on the second floor of the Student Center at 3:40 PM. Wireless access points are down. UCInet Mobile Access on second floor of the SC not working. Tech has left 423 to investigate. No ETA at the time.

  • Palo Verde 8200 ResNet Service Degradation

    Some residents in Palo Verde building 8200 are experiencing a ResNet service degradation. They are unable to connect to the internet. Our technicians are investigating into this issue. Service will be restored in the morning.
