  • Telephone System Degradation

    We are investigating reports of a telephone system degradation. Departments that use the Solidus ACD Telephone System (OIT, Admissions, Registrar, etc) are unable to receive inbound calls.  For now, please open a ticket at: https://uci.service-now.com/ess/create_incident.do
