  • Verano Place Network Outage Buildings 100-3400

    We are investigating reports of a network outage happening in Verano Place. Buildings 100-3400 are affected. Residents are unable to receive a network connection. There is no ETA at the moment

    There was a power issue causing the problem. We've reestablished power to our distribution switch and service for all impacted buildings is now restored.

    Users are reporting that they are unable to either activate or reset passwords for their UCI Google accounts. On trying, they are receiving an error stating “Unable to verify you have a google apps account. Have you created your account?” No ETA at this time.
