  • Hewitt Hall Ethernet Switch Service Degradation

    We are aware of an issue affecting the telephone voicemail system (x48989) and ACD Call Groups. When users are attempting to call x48989, they are receiving a busy signal. Our admins are aware and looking into the issue. No ETA at this time.

  • UPDATE 1130. Office 365 Service Degradation

    UPDATE 1130. Our admins believe they have isolated the issue and are taking steps to remedy the situation. We are investigating reports of an Office 365 service degradation. Users are reporting that they are unable to login with their AD accounts or access their O365 mailboxes.
