UPDATE 100. The vendor has made a change so users should be able to order a license now. Please try again and let us know if you’re still having issues. You may need to clear your browser cache and cookies.

We are investigating reports of an Adobe Creative Cloud service degradation. Users are reporting that they are unable to obtain their license through the Kivuto web store (they are getting an error that the item is already in their shopping cart).

The vendor is aware and is investigating. No ETA at this time.

Issue was resolved on the afternoon of 11/3.
