Agent/OIT Help Desk Phone line Service Degradation

Description:

We are investigating an issue with the Agent servers affect the OIT Help Desk line. Our admins have created a critical ticket to the vendors. There is no ETA at the time.

Status: Resolved

Resolution:

WSG was able to renew the Web Security ssl certificate.
