AP Recruit service degradation


We are investigating reports of an AP Recruit service degradation. Users are reporting being stuck in a WebAuth loop whenever they try to login. The issue appears to be isolated to just HS users who are off-campus in Orange and elsewhere. Campus users appear to be unaffected.
