UPDATE 1400: Apporto service degradation


UPDATE 1400: Our technicians are still working with the vendor to resolve this issue, the current work around is to refresh the page after getting the ‘opensaml::SecurityPolicyException’ error. After refreshing the page, Apporto will load properly.

We are investigating reports of an Apporto service degradation.  Users are reporting an error message stating  ‘opensaml::SecurityPolicyException’ right after entering their login information. Our team is aware and working to resolve the issue. No ETA.
