Campus Single Sign-On (SSO)/Shibboleth system service degradation

Description:

We are investigating reports of a Campus Single Sign-On (SSO) system service degradation. Users are unable to access systems such as Canvas, ServiceNow, ZotPortal etc. When logging in, they are getting the error that the ‘resource requires you to reauthenticate’. No ETA at this time.
