UPDATE 0834: Campus Voicemail Service Degredation


UPDATE 0834:

Our engineers have narrowed down the issue and it seems to be isolated to Cisco IP phones. As a workaround, dial the external voicmeail number, (949) 824-8989, and then enter your extension and password in order to access your voicemail.


OIT has received numerous reports from users who are unable to access the voicemail system because of a busy signal. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and working to resolve it.

No ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


Service has been restored as of 10am.
