Update 1700: Canvas Service Degradation


Update 1700: The issue with Canvas and Respondus access has improved, but neither of the vendors has pronounced the issue completely resolved. Users should be able to login to Canvas and access course materials now.

The EEE Team continues to monitor the issues that have affected Canvas throughout the day. While the issue seems to have improved, as of this writing none of the vendors are reporting the issue as fully resolved. At this time, we recommend that if you have questions about finals, contact your instructors directly. Any rescheduling or accommodations for these exams is at their discretion.

We are keeping UCI instructors up to date as the situation unfolds. We will refresh this service alert when we receive more updates. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are receiving reports of a Canvas service degradation. Users are reporting that they are unable to reach their Canvas course spaces or that the pages load very slowly. The vendor is working on a resolution and updates can be viewed here.
