UPDATE 1245. Cognos service degradation


UPDATE 1245. The Cognos admins have determined that they need to reboot the server. Service should be restored between 1-130pm. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are investigating reports of a Cognos service degradation. Users are reportedly seeing error messages when they try to run reports. If rebooting the server is required, we expect to have service restored by 1:00 to 1:30 PM.
