[Resolved] Cognos Service Degradation


[Update 9:31 11/19] Root case of service degradation has been and service has been restored.

We are investigating reports of a Cognos service degradation. Users are reporting that Cognos is displaying an error message when users attempt to run reports from the portal or log in directly.

Status: Resolved
