Confluence Wiki inaccessable for some users


This morning, after an upgrade, OIT Help Desk received reports that some users were unable to log in to the Confluence Wiki.
A ticket has been opened and the service will be restarted at 9:30AM to attempt a resolution.

Status: Resolved


Confluence was restarted at 9:30AM which resolved an LDAP sync issue.
