Update1417: Data Center Network Service Degradation

Update 1417: The switches have been recovered and users are confirming they are able to access these resources again.

Update 1349: Our technicians are working on recovering the two affected switches in the Data Center, thank you for your patience.

We are receiving reports of users being unable to reach web services such as KFS nor their virtual desktops. Our technicians are currently aware of this issue and are working to resolve the issue.
