Mailman listservs that are hosted on the department-lists.uci.edu servers are currently experiencing email delays. Mailman listservs that are hosted on maillists.uci.edu seem to be unaffected. Our admins are investigating.

Resolution:
Service has been restored. A deluge of emails to the Mailman system caused the delays. Changes have been made to mitigate this issue in the future.
