UPDATE 1623. EDL Service Degradation


UPDATE 0848: Our admins have worked with the vendor and they will be rebooting the EDL server. ETA on it being back online is 10 AM.

UPDATE 1623. Our admins are in touch with the vendor to investigate. For now, one workaround (for PC users) is to use Internet Explorer.

We’re getting scattered reports of an issue with EDL; namely, when attempting to open certain reports users are seeing I/O errors. Our admins are investigating.


Status: Resolved


Service was restored earlier today, and the underlying cause has been addressed by the vendor.
