Eduroam Service Degradation


We have received multiple reports from users who are having trouble connecting to the Eduroam connection on their computers and smartphones. Users have reported getting a prompt to input their credentials multiple times yet their devices still do not connect to Eduroam. Our technicians are aware of the situation and working on it. No ETA is available for now.

Status: Resolved


The Eduroam Service degradation has been resolved. Our technicians verified that the problem was taken care of and now users should be able to connect to eduroam.
