ES Mail (aka Webmail) Service Degradation


We are investigating reports of an ES Mail (aka Webmail) service degradation. Some users are reporting not receiving new email in the past several hours. Our admins have determined that the issue is due to an unforeseen problem with a new upstream system which was implemented yesterday. Thanks for your continued patience as they work to resolve the issue.

Status: Resolved


Service was restored on Thursday evening.
