UPDATE 1200. ES Mail Service Degradation


UPDATE 1200. Some users are reporting intermittent email delays to inbound email. Our admins are investigating. Thanks for your patience. Rest assured that all email is being spooled and will be delivered.

UPDATE 0815. Service has been restored, and all queued email will be delivered (albeit, with slight delays).

UPDATE 0755. Email is now being delivered and the queue is almost empty.

UPDATE 0745. The admins believe they have isolated the issue and are working on a fix. Thanks for your continued patience.

We are investigating reports on an ES Mail (aka service degradation. Users are reporting delays to inbound email delivery only (outbound email delivery is unaffected). No ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


Service was restored and all mail delivered by 12pm Friday, 1/26.
