UPDATE 800. Exchange Calendar Service Degradation (affects Published Calendars)

Description:

UPDATE 800 11/16. Microsoft has resolved the issue with most, but not all, calendar resources. Full service resolution should be completed soon.

UPDATE 1200.Microsoft is still investigating the issue. We thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1030.  Microsoft is still investigating the issue.

We are investigating reports of an Exchange Calendar service degradation. Users are reporting that published calendars are not displaying the correct time on appointments (times are showing up as UTC so they appear 8 hours ahead of the scheduled meeting). Only published calendars are affected. Microsoft is aware of the issue and investigating. No ETA at this time.

Microsoft has applied the fix, and service has been restored.
