UPDATE 1400. Exchange/Office 365 service degradation affecting OWA (Outlook on the Web) only

Description:

UPDATE 1400. Microsoft is still investigating the issue. For now, there is a workaround: select the dialpad icon in the top left corner to open up a menu, and then select the “All Apps” link near the bottom.. You can choose Calendar to view your calendar and People to access your contacts.

We are investigating reports of an Office 365/Exchange service degradation. Some users are reporting that they are unable to view their calendar and contacts while using the web/thin client (https://outlook.com/uci.edu). It doesn’t appear to affect all web client users, and there is no issue with the desktop or mobile versions of Microsoft Outlook.

The issue appears to be on Microsoft’s end. There is no ETA at this time.

Resolution:

You may need to logout of Outlook on the Web and log back in for the fix to take effect.
