UPDATE 1227: Our postmasters are in touch with Microsoft engineers and they are investigating the issue.
We are receiving reports of an Exchange/Office 365 Service Degradation. We are noticing delays in email delivery. Our admins are investigating the issue, which appears to have started shortly before 10AM.

Resolution:
The queue is now empty and all email has been delivered. Our postmasters will investigate the root cause.
