UPDATE 1336. External Campus Calling Degradation

Description:

UPDATE 1336. Phones are operational. They are now running on a secondary service. Our admins are working to resolve the issue with the primary service.

We have received a report that there is an issue with calling outside of campus using the desk phones. Affected users would get a busy signal or dead silence when dialing out.

We are currently investigating the issue so thanks for your patience. No ETA at the time.
