UPDATE 1445: IDM Service Degradation (ActAdmin,, etc.)


UPDATE 1445: A hardware issue has been identified. Other services affected include activating a UCInetID, changing UCInetID password, creating sponsored accounts, updating phupdate, and other data feeds to IAM or exports to IAM.

We are aware of reports of an Identity Management (IDM) service degradation. Several IDM applications, such as ActAdmin and, are unresponsive.

No ETA at this time.
