Edoc services disrupted. (rapid return, scanned documents affected)


Currently there is an issue preventing users from viewing required scanned documents in KFS. They are getting an invalid token error when they try. All other functions appear to be functioning normally. We have also received reports that rapid return is also not generating coversheets. The EDOCS team has been notified of the issue and are working on it.

Status: Resolved


The EDOC server has been rebooted and all services should now be back online.
