UPDATE 1700. FileNet Service Degradation


UPDATE 1700. Our administrators are still investigating the issue.

UPDATE 1600. The issue appears to be tied to a database problem. Our DBA team is investigating.

We are investigating reports of  FileNet service degradation. Users are reporting seeing an invalid token error when attempting to view scanned documents or 500 errors when trying to access FileNet.

Status: Resolved
