KSAMS Service Degradation


We are investigating reports of a KSAMS service degradation. Users are reporting seeing errors (such as ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) when attempting to lookup a user who recently separated. While our admins are investigating, they suggest using the following URL ( and doing a Person Lookup from within KFS itself instead (under the Administration heading, select Person, and then enter their UCInetID in the Principal Name field).

There is no ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


Please use the prescribed workaround for the time being.
