Network Equipment for Engineering Tower 303 Degradation


UPDATE 1255. All equipment should be restored except for one switch, which we are working on.  Please contact the help desk if there are any further issues.

UPDATE 1145. Our technicians have identified that the outage is power-related.  Some floors may have power, but circuits on the second floor which support the building router are down.  We are working to further isolate the issue.  Thank you for your continued patience.

We are currently investigating issues with the network equipment at Engineering Tower 303.  Field techs have been dispatched to troubleshoot.  There is no ETA at the time.
