New Voicemail System — old voicemail access unavailable and message light may be on


Engineers resolved at 1 PM.

12noon – Engineers are testing workaround solution. Updates will follow.

10am – Troubleshooting continuing. No ETA as of now.


Following the switchover to the new Voicemail system, access to the old voicemail system is currently unavailable, via 4-0011, and message light may be on.

Our engineerss are aware of the issue and are working toward a resolution.

No ETA at this time.
