UPDATE 2000. Office 365/Exchange service degradation – inbound email is being routed to the junk folder


UPDATE 2000. Service has been mostly restored. According to Microsoft, service should be fully restored in a few hours.

We are investigating reports of an Office 365/Exchange service degradation. Users are reporting that inbound email is being routed to their junk folder. The issue appears to have started about 2 hours ago.

Please check your junk folders to find any missing email. The issue appears to be on Microsoft’s end. No ETA at this time.
