UPDATE 1715: Office 365 is experiencing a degradation of service


UPDATE 1715: Microsoft is still investigating. Thanks for your patience.

UPDATE 1603: Microsoft has confirmed the issue is with the network connection between the Office 365 service and the Azure Active Directory (AAD). Their technicians are investigating.

This degradation of service is affecting *some, but not all* users of OWA, Microsoft Office on PCs & Macs, as well as mobile users.

UPDATE 1524: Admins believe they have isolated the issue to the ADFS system. We will have more info as it becomes available.

Office 365 is experiencing a degradation of service. The service technicians have been notified and are investigating.
No ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


Service was restored shortly after 630 today.
