UPDATE 1600. Our administrators have opened a trouble ticket with Microsoft. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are investigating reports of an Office 365 ProPlus for Students service degradation. Students who attempt to sign up for the service at https://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education and who enter their email in the recommended format (UCInetID@personalmicrosoftsoftware.uci.edu) are receiving the error “Please enter your school email address (for example, john@contoso.edu).” We have reached out to Microsoft for support. No ETA at this time.

 

UPDATE 10/12/2018 9:00 We’ve received reports that the issue is still occurring. Our administrators have reopened the trouble ticket with Microsoft.

While Microsoft engineers are investigating, please try signing in at this link: https://products.office.com/en-in/student/office-in-education (This is not the same link provided in the Office 365 Pro Plus page.) We apologize for the inconvenience.
