Office 365 Service Degradation


We are investigating reports of a Office 365 service degradation. Users are reporting that they are intermittently unable to reach the web versions of Office 365.

There is no ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


Service outage duration: 430pm-730pm PST
Reason: A recent networking update with Microsoft’s network caused user traffic coming from the Internet to fail intermittently before reaching Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Yammer.
