UPDATE 1215: Office 365/Exchange Service Degradation

UPDATE 1215: Microsoft is implementing the fix and they hope to fully restore service to all of their affected clients this afternoon. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE 1045: Microsoft has identified the problem and is working to resolve the issue. No ETA at this time. For now, users should use OWA or Outlook Mobile on their smartphones. If you are getting an error when trying to use OWA, clear your browser cache & cookies and try again, or you can use a different browser for now.

We are investigating reports of an Office 365/Exchange service degradation. Some users are reporting that when they open Outlook on their desktops, it closes right away. In addition, when some users visit OWA (https://outlook.com/uci.edu) they are seeing a ‘Something went wrong’ error suggesting that the mailbox can’t be found or no license is assigned.

Microsoft is aware and investigating.
