UPDATE 1630. Office 365 Service Degradation


UPDATE 1630. Service has been restored for some users, but a number of users are still reporting issues. Microsoft is still investigating. Thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1530. Some users are receiving a prompt to re-enter their credentials while using Teams and Outlook, among other applications. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue is on their end and are taking steps to resolve the problem.

We are investigating reports of an Office 365 service degradation. Users are reporting that they are receiving errors when trying to access OWA as well as when trying to use a variety of features across Office applications.

Our admins are aware, but no ETA is available at this time.
