UPDATE 1430. Office 365 service degradation


UPDATE 1430. The Postmasters have completed reassigning the correct licenses to the affected users’ mailboxes. Service should be completely restored soon. Thanks for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1330. The Postmasters are still working on updating the license types of the affected users. Thanks for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1015. Changes made by the Postmasters to address the underlying issue from this morning may take until 12pm to take effect.

UPDATE 0830. Some users are reporting that they are able to use the desktop clients again, but not the web clients. The fix implemented by the Postmasters may take anywhere from 1-3 hours to take effect. Thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 0815. Our admins have isolated the problem (which appears to be licensing-related) and are acting quickly to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.

We are investigating reports of an Office 365 service degradation. Users are reporting that they are unable to access various O365 apps (such as Outlook and Skype for Business) from either the desktop or web apps. No ETA at this time.
