UPDATE 10:05 Office 365 Service Degradation – Service Restored

Description:

UPDATE 0920 Outlook email is working on phones and other mobile devices.

We’ve received reports the workaround posted previously is not working, as outlook.com/uci.edu does not load for some users.

UPDATE 0845 Our admins are still investigating the root cause of the degradation, but have posted a workaround to get into the Outlook Web App.

We are investigating reports of a Office 365 service degradation. Users are reporting that they are unable to sign in to the Outlook Web App, and mail clients may not be updating.

Upstream issues within CENIC network have been resolved and service has been restored
